Upgrade Highlights:
- Due to massive alarms consumption in the DB, the alarms statistics queries on the DB consume high memory usage over time and occasionally stuck and cause CPU to increase so other Client UI requests returned with failures.

Our team will monitor the entire process and ensure the Live Platform Portal works as expected following the upgrade.
